Fantastic Experience Near Taj Mahal

helpful staff transport arrangement

I appreciated the hotel's location near the Taj Mahal. The staff was very helpful with information and tour guides. The front desk staff helped me with transport arrangements. The staff was always available to assist guests. It was amazing!

I noticed the elevator was not very clean. The breakfast room, next to a local crafts shop, felt a little out of place. I think breakfast should be a relaxing experience.

rooftop restaurant helpful staff priced souvenir uncomfortable beds smaller rooms corridor smell

the rooftop restaurant offered a really nice view. the staff helped us book a taxi to delhi when we left and that was a great help. the hotel features a gift shop right inside with reasonably priced souvenirs i found that very convenient.

the beds were really uncomfortable. the rooms were quite smaller than the images i saw. i noticed some smells in the corridors i think they need to address that

I booked a Beautiful Double Room on food & beverages. The included breakfast had GREAT variety!!! I ESPECIALLY liked the rooftop dining area with its AMAZING views. Plus, the staff offered prompt room service.

Sound insulation seemed a LITTLE poor.

the room felt a bit stuffy the air conditioning struggled to keep up i found some dust in the corners it seemed the cleaning could have been more thorough the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours a bit chaotic actually
